Community facilities are the child care centers, soup kitchens
for the homeless, legal and social services offices, and
other places where nonprofit organizations provide essential services
to low- and moderate-income individuals and families throughout
New Hampshire.
Our community facilities lending generally falls into one of two areas:
Child Care Lending Initiative
Loans
and technical assistance to help nonprofit child care centers
purchase and/or renovate existing buildings, or build new ones. The Child Care Lending Initiative also helps
home-based child care programs improve or expand services by upgrading their facilities.
Nonprofit Facilities Lending
Loans and technical assistance to help nonprofit organizations purchase and/or renovate existing facilities, or build new ones.
