Talk with us. Each project is different, and the first step
is always to talk with us. Contact Nadine
Salley, Director
of Lending, at 603-224-6669, ext. 240 or nsalley@theloanfund.org.
Nadine will determine whether your project is appropriate for
a loan from the Loan Fund. If the Loan Fund is not the right
source to help, Nadine will try to provide referrals.
Getting Organized. If appropriate for consideration, the
applicant nonprofit organization submits a letter of request,
with supporting materials as requested, to the Loan Fund.
There is no application form.
Loan Review Committee. The application is reviewed by staff
members and the Loan Fund's Loan Review Committee, which consists
of community representatives from the areas banking, real
estate, business, housing, law and related fields.
Decision. Once a decision has been made, a staff member
will contact the applicant with the decision and any conditions. |
