Getting Organized. If appropriate for
consideration, the applicant nonprofit organization submits
a letter of request, with supporting materials as requested,
to the Loan Fund. There is no application form.

Loan Review Committee. The application
is reviewed by staff members and the Loan Fund
Loan Review Committee, which consists of community representatives
from the areas of banking, real estate, business,
housing, law and related fields.

Decision. Once a decision has been
made, a staff member will contact the applicant with
the decision and any conditions.

If the Request Is Denied. If your
request for a loan is denied, you will be informed why,
and may be encouraged to re-apply at a later date.
