Manufactured Housing Park Program

The Manufactured Housing Park Program is the Community Loan Fund’s oldest and most-developed program, offering loans, technical assistance and development expertise in existing and new manufactured housing communities. We do this through three programs:

• The Cooperative Assistance Team (CAT), which helps residents buy and manage their parks as cooperatives to stabilize the costs and improve living conditions. For a current list of cooperatives, click here.
